Fresh Water Tank Support

Has anyone looked at their fresh water tank and noticed a piece of plywood under it and then sitting on the supports? Is this normal? Need some feedback on this. I will be calling HL in the morning, on my way to the dealer.

My Bighorn was that way along with about every other unit I've had. I put an 1/8th in aluminum plate under the plywood and a 1" X 2" 3/16th tube under the tank between the frame.
