Slideout ripping up the floor

Got a 32 ft 2005 Bighorn. 2nd time out the kitchen slide tore up the linoleum with the roller on left side. I installed a piece of 3/32 strip of metal where the roller rides on the plywood and replaced the torn linoleum. This was 4 years ago and the floor was ripped up a little more each time I use the slide. Now the whole floor is a mess across the width of the slide which I cover with a runner. Anyone else have this problem?

Have you looked under the slide to see if you can tell what is causing the damage?
Maybe the roller that is tearing up the floor is shot and needs to be replaced.
Might be just a matter of a slide adjustment as well.
Just a couple of things that you might want to look at.
