ATF: Big Country - Lost 3250TS Remote (Need location of "Brain")

Hey Favorite Factory,

I am STILL searching for our missing remote for our 2011 3250TS. IF I do NOT find the remote, I will be purchasing a new remote which leads to the question of:

Where is the remotes "brain" in the 3250TS.

It happens!

The remote control brain is located behind the switch panel in cabinet above kitchen sink. You will have to remove the panel to acces the brain. Push the button in the brain to train up to two remotes.

Hey Bryan,

Thanks for the quick response....what I expect from Heartland

I was talking with Terry at HL Customer service and he asked someone if the unit would support 2 remotes.....the person told him that "only 1 remote would work"

If 2 will work, I will order another remote and hope that I find the original too.

The vendor says it does, however, I have only used one at a time.

Hey Bryan,

FYI, Ryan at HL warranty confirmed that only 1 remote is supported with the lippert remote

If you KNOW different, I would be very happy.......of course that would be IF I find the missing remote!!

Just received manual for remote from Ryan at HL........good news is it DOES support 2 remotes!!!
