AC Fan Not Cutting Off

The main AC in living / kitchen area is continually running. I can move the thermastat up or down and the fan does not cut off. It seems to cool okay, but no water dripping off RV like bedroom AC is doing. Also seems as if the AC does not cycle off (from cooling to fan)almost seems as if it just decides to cool without the cycling effect and when it stops the cooling you do not hear it cut off just the fan continuing to run. I am in South Ga. Temp is about 80 degrees outside. I can turn off fan by changing thermostat to the off position. Any suggestion on what may be wrong or is this normal and will it harm anything by continuing to use it as is? Thanks in advance!

Well, you didn't state what you have for a thermostat, but if it is a digital then you will need to go through the menu and change the fan setting to 'auto'.
It sounds like it is now set to either 'high' or 'low'.

Peace
