Trying to find out why our Ice Maker is not working. I got my meter out and the solenoid ohms out at 1.4. Is it good or bad?

You did have the wire off the solenoid, right?
Mine comes in at 196Ω.

Cookie, yes I did. It was sitting in my lap inside, since it was like 104 outside.

Any other problems with the frig? We had a loose fuse that affected the light inside along with the icemaker and water dispenser.

Dan, Nope everything else is ok. At least for now. You know how finicky the Demotic frigate are!
