2012 RoadWarror 415 - Winterizing

Its that time of year again, and I am looking for the best way to winterize my new 2012 RoadWarrior 415. I have owned other 5th wheels before, but never one this big. My usual way is with an air compressor, but this has caused me trouble before when I forgot to drain the outside shower line, and caused a plumbing crack. Just wondering what the "winterize" option on the water valve means. What does this option do exactly? Will it make life easier than using an air compressor? As well I want to stay away from putting anitfreeze in the fresh water tank. Any detailed suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks Everyone!
