......if your are a KZ owner.


They have a retro fit kit available (only to KZ owners at this time) that includes lighter springs and new (I am assuming larger) upper hinges.

They shouldn't be completely unaware, a couple of members have had the ramps replaced by Lippert.

I certainly remember reading about several issues with the ramp doors on Cyclones. Just maybe not enough for Lippert to take any action. Could it be KZ is plagued with issues?

Cyclone ramp issues seem to be prior to the 2010 model year.

I had the ramp door on my 2011 replaced by Lippert, working through Heartland. The door was warped such that you could see daylight in one upper corner. This kit wouldn't have helped my problem, but sounds interesting.
