Slide Fascia Loose At The Bottom

The kitchen slide fascia on our 2013 Bighorn has pushed away from the wall at the bottom. Does this mean that the slide is going out too far on that one side and needs to be adjusted? Or, do they just come loose? How can this be fixed? We are 200 miles from the Heartland dealer.

BobnBet, You may be right about the adjustment. You can measure each side on the outside lower corners. The distance from the wall on each side should be close to the same. Slide out adjustment can be tricky and may be best for an authorized dealer. You could call Heartland and ask if there's anyone closer to take care of it or they may reimburse you to have it done by a mobile tech less any travel charge.
Attached is a pdf for the slide out manual but be sure to read the caution note on page 15 before doing anything.

You can try running your fingers behind the fascia all around the slide to see if there is a variation in how snug the slide flange is to the inner wall. Seems that if it's traveling too far in one corner, the other might be not moving far enough (relatively). Also, check that nothing has found a home behind the fascia, like a cup or some other small object. The fascia trim, itself, is just stapled or brad nailed on. No guarantee the fasteners (or operator) found the solid mounting surface behind it.
