After a long trip, we finally took delivery today of our 2014 3010. I cannot say enough about all of the great help I received here on the forum. I learned a lot, and it was much appreciated. We even got to spend a few hours at the Rally and met some great people!
The dealer experience was a disappointment with some notable exceptions. On the other hand I cannot imagine a better experience than I had at Dans Service Center, the whole crew was incredible, professional, and got it done. If only the RV dealer would follow their lead!
The trailer is a beauty and should deliver exceptional service. Thanks to everyone for providing much information on the order. I learned a lot! We start our return trip to California after one more quick purchase at Dans Service Center!
