Electric Stabilizing Jacks/Leveling

We have a 2011 32BUDS with electric stabilizing jacks. We cannot get the jacks to level the camper up when we are on uneven ground. Are they suppose to help with leveling or just stabilize it? We used more blocks under the low side and nothing helped. Any suggestions?

Those jacks are for stabilizing only. You need to level side to side by placing leveling blocks or wood under the low side tires. The tongue jack will level front to back and then you set the stabilizing jacks to keep it all solid. Don't forget the chock the wheels too.

We bought the leveling blocks from camping world. We bought 3 packs for less than $100 and store then in a storage compartment. They work just like Legos and are light weight and easy to use. Just need them on one side of the 5er. Last time we were camped the guy next to us had a bunch of different lengths of 2x10. He also had his dish mounted on a skid with 8 concrete blocks to hold it down. We have ours on a tripod. It looked like he was hauling a lot of extra weight.
