The current plan is to leave right after school's out that Friday, and arrive close to 7pm. We'll be staying through Sunday. I'm going to see what I can do about pulling down late Thursday evening and be all set up for when the kids and wife arrive Friday afternoon. We'll see, plans change rather quick around here.

We're excited to attend, this will be our first Heartland rally.

Slight update to our plans. We've arranged for a MUCH needed mommy and daddy weekend, so it will just be my wife at I at the rally that weekend. Also, we will be coming in a day earlier than expected, arriving Thursday evening. Looking forward to meeting everyone. See you then.

Yes, I talked to Charlie yesterday and updated our reservations to include Thursday night in addition to the Friday and Saturday nights we already had. See you then.

Yeah, Bob. I think Larry emailed it to us a while back. There is a meet and greet today at 1400 - 1700 and then folks will be grouping up to go out to local restaurants or not. I think we are just going to the steak house that' right down the road. The manager here said the food is great and better than the casino places. Mike

On edit. Larry and Donna usually have copies at the meet and greet.

Just curious......

In reading your agenda you have "Sand Bag Baseball" as an activity. Can someone explain what Sand Bag Baseball is? I never heard of it.

You can google it and get a little more info. It's basically throwing beanbags at a board with holes marked with baseball bases, outs, etc. you play it like baseball with teams, innings, outs, etc. fun!

Many thanks to Larry and Donna for a really great rally. We had a really good time "rockin' 'n' rollin" in the wind and seeing all our good friends again. We got home okay, we left a day early due to severe weather forecasts at home, and we hope everybody else got to their destinations safely, too.
