ATF: Sundance - Removing Washer/Dryer Hookup

Has anyone removed the washer/dryer hookups? In particular the water lines and drains for the washer. I am not concerned with the electrical part. We do not have any plans to ever have a washer/dryer in the unit and have already put a dresser in the space. However, the routing of the drain, water lines, and vent are very much in an inconvenient place in the basement. Removing would open access in the basement along with eliminating some lines when it comes to winterizing the camper.

I am mainly concerned about any hidden lines that are not apparent if anyone else had removed the hookups.

I agree with the winterizing part. I want to get rid of mine also just haven't taken the time to dig around under there and find them...Don

Just wondering how removing the Washer Dryer connections affects the resale value. Guess it doesn't matter if you are keeping it for a long time.
