Fresh Water Tank Drain

Does anyone know where the drain is to empty the fresh water tank on a 3260 Elite?
Also aren't their suppose to be two low drain points to drain water lines.

Heartland stop putting in Lowe point drains a few years ago. As for the fresh water drain it my not have be cut into the bottom. And is above the underbelly covering. Ernie

The fresh water drain is just behind the wheels on the drivers side. Its a blue pex tube with a valve on it. Mine was marked with a tag on the side of the coach, but these can easily fall off. And no there is low point drains on the big horns.
