Problems Ordering Cyclone

Well just a few words about heartland, i am on my 3 heartland rv, never any problems. I went to my local dealer where i have made all my heartland purchases. Tried to order a clyclone 3110, heartland would not let my dealer order a cyclone,which he has in the past. They let a new dealer open 10 miles away & he has cyclones. They both carry sundance & others alike. Dont understand , guess they are getting to big. So i now am ordering new brakes, shakles, wet bolts &wheel bearings for my bighorn. Still dont understand it, the new dealer dont like trade ins.

Did you call Heartland & ask why?

In Texas, not sure about NC, when another dealer takes on one of the HL brands, they own exclusive rights to that brand for a certain distance around them. That is a common practice in the industry and gives protection to both dealers. You can go on the Heartland website to search for another Cyclone dealer in your area. If all else fails, call the factory for help.
