Jim, thanks so much! I really appreciate the answer. But what I'm trying to figure out is this... there seem to be 2 separate trailer models, one named North country and the other named North Country Lakeside. Is there a big difference in quality or whatever between the 2 models?

Are they both built by Heartland?
To answer my own question is yes....
I believe it's know as the Trail Runner now.

Lakeside was an upgrade package as listed below much like Caliber Edition is now the upgrade on North Trails when it was previously a separate brand. I agree that the new version must be Trail runner as the construction is similar. Good luck on your purchase and hope you like it.
