Well. I've never had trouble uploading photos before but I got : "Error: document.getElementsByName is not a function" when I tried to do it today. Even after the error message the photo showed up in my post so I let it go.

I've deleted the attachment link above and will post another photo when the error gets figured out.

Pat... No snow here. Some rain, but the snow melted on contact.

On Edit..

I thought I had deleted the attachment, but it still shows for me. I switched browsers to see how it looked and the two in the first jacket post as well as the ones I tested in this post show up. Let me know what you guys see. When I uploaded using Chrome, I didn't get the Java Error message.

Good. What a mess to do. Let's try to show what the logo for this year would look like.

Jackets from this year would not necessarily be green. We did have navy t-shirts the year after this so might stay away from that color too. I promise I won't go neon colors this year if we decide there is enough interest to do it.

Kristy, I like the sweatshirt and logo. We have 30" of snow here in Bend. How did you escape?

PJ,
The weather stayed north of us so you got our snow. Just be sure to send that water south to us this summer when we need it. We will just loan it to you for now.

Anyone else interested in hoodies? Sounds like we have a few takers, but the more the merrier. Last time, the people who didn't order them really wished they had. I've been hearing about it for three years from them. Now we'll see if they show up to this rally.

I will need to have jackets pre-ordered and paid for to make this work. I haven't checked into prices yet so I will keep you updated.

Kristy,
Zippered hoodies sounds good to us. Count us in. That's a great idea. :)

I have put the brochure for the Jamboree in the first post of this thread. You can call and make your arrangements now so you can keep you site for the whole time and not have to move. I know several couples have said they plan to stay, but others can choose to join us even if they haven't indicated they want to yet. Just call the same number you called to make RV park reservations for the rally to make Jamboree reservations. Please don't call the actual RV park. They don't have all of the info for us.

Again, the Jamboree has nothing to do with the Oregon Rally. Whether or not you wish to stay for the Jamboree has no affect at all on your attendance with us, so don't feel pressured to stay if you can't or don't want to do so. The Jamboree is just an option for those of us with a weekend to spare between the Oregon and Washington rallies. It looks to be shaping up to be a fun activity for those who decide to stay.

So, now that all of the rally info is out other than the actual event schedule (still being determined) and the info for the Jamboree is out for those interested...

Who else want to join us on the Oregon Coast July 11-13, 2014?

Ok. Thanks. I'm in the process of seeing what they would cost. Naturally, the more we order the less they will be.

Kristy, are you sure you couldn't find a less flattering photo? I'm sure the bald head photo would have been better. Deb

Last night I pretty much planned out my RV travels for the year. I didn't realize that this rally is in NORTH BEND (on the Coast) and NOT in BEND (East of the Cascades). I should be able to work this out.

Kristy and Mark, We have just made reservations for the 10th through the 19th, departing on the 20th!!! We will buy two of whatever shirts/coats you decide upon. :) July will be pretty active since we are staying in Maryhill the 20th through the 23rd and Spokane the 23rd through the 28th for the WA rally. We are really looking forward to seeing everyone again, meeting new people and being part of a big honkin' caravan.

Update Update Update!!!

Found out that hooded sweatshirts will be $30 each ($33 for 2XL and $34 for 3XL) to cover my cost plus shipping from Martin Marketing. They are the people who do all of Heartland's signature apparel. We will be going with blue for the color and men's sizes. I have to take orders and pre-payment from people before I place my order with Brad at Martin Marketing.

Please email me at kristy @ crownz4.com (remove the spaces before and after the @) with your order including sizes. I will return your return your email and include my mailing address so you can send me a check to cover your order.

Exciting News!!!

We have a dealer sponsor for our rally! Porter's RV in Coos Bay will be providing part of our dinner one night. Porters is a very small family owned dealer that has been around for a long time. The owner will come talk to the group at dinner and will be providing quick turn around service at his dealership with a special rate discount for those who make appointments. I don't know the discount yet, but he wants everyone to know that he will honor it for the days right before our rally and the days after it between the rally and the Jamboree. I will tell you more when I know more. He is still figuring out the details but he wants you to know now so you can see if there is anything you are going to have done that they can maybe do during that time frame.

The only thing they ask in return is that we go as a group to the dealership (time to be determined) where he can talk about what they have to offer and give us a little tour. It is much easier for us to travel the five miles or so to the dealership in a shuttle bus than it would be for them to move trailers to the casino for us to walk through. It sounds like a fair trade to me. Porters carries Big Horn and Silverado. They have a small parts and accessories section as well.

Mike Moreland is the Regional Rep for Big Horn in our area. He set up this sponsorship for us. I invited him to the rally so we'll see where his schedule takes him during that time. It sounding like he could maybe fit it in his schedule.
