AC not working on brand new North Trail 33BKSS

Hello all. We just took delivery on a brand new 2015 North Trail 33BKSS with a 15K BTU Airxcel AC unit. First time its been warm enough to really check the AC and it doesn't seem to be cooling. Its blowing 80 degree air. I think I can hear the compressor running, but it is not cooling at all. I'm guessing I'm going to have to take it back to the dealer for a service call, but I'd sure like to save myself a trip if its something simple. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the trailer plugged in to a 30 amp outlet?

If you just have it plugged in to standard 110, it won't work.

The AC fan will work . . . but not the AC.

At least that is the case with our Trail Runner.

This thread is from February and the problem was probably fixed a long time ago. Maybe the OP will come back around to let us know what the problem was.

In my case the AC unit just turned out to be DOA. The dealer replaced the rooftop unit and all was good.
