ATF: Sundance - Lower rear body seam separating

Having gone over some washboard loads on our first campout, i noticed the lower rear side panels separating from the Sundance rear wall. On further inspection, the screws holding the rear wall to the sides were in rotten wood. Probably water leaking from the roof. Who can fix this and what will it take to do that.
I bought the unit last week, used, from Camping World of Kissimmee, Fl.

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. There are a lot of experienced owners who are active on the forum so I expect you'll get some advice shortly.

First thing I would do is drive the rig Back to the dealer and physically SHOW them what your talking about and ask THEM what they are willing to do about it and go from there. One week is not long enough to have a problem like that.

Ditto. Does you Province/State have any consumer protection. I know here in Ontario it's usually 30 days for things like this.
