Hi,
I know there are several who have signed up for the WA rally and plan on doing the caravan to OR as well as some who plan to attend both without the caravan.

Please be sure to tell me when you make your reservations here so I can keep up my list. The RV Park won't have a list of you for me to check with until the day before the rally so I need to keep up with info from you.

Thanks!;)

Hi Kristy & Mark,

We will be coming in with the WA caravan and departing on 7/28. For your info, they told me I got the last "Bay View" pull-thru, Site #100. Can't wait to see everybody again.

Paul and Candy - looking forward to seeing you guys again.

Good to know about the sites.

Kristy

Everyone -
From now on those who ask to be in a bay view site may not be put with our group, so be aware of that when you call in.

Well Hello again: We are booked at the Mill for next year. Arriving July 23rd and departing July 28th. How was the 500 mile day? We did about 380 going home and about killed me. Deb got a little testy too.

Well John..... That day took us 13 1/2 hours. We were getting very hot tires on the back of the truck so now we are upgrading wheels and tires on the truck. (19 in wheels with G or H rated truck tires that will be in next week)

I don't ever want to sit in a truck for that long again and I know Mark doesn't want to drive that long either! Mark and I were both a little testy, especially when we got to our destination and it was not what our friends told us it would be. Four miles on washboard gravel is not the same as smooth. Sites that three big rigs can park in easily wasn't even close! Its a long story.... Yes they are still friends of ours but we will take descriptions of camping spots with a grain of salt from now on.;)

Glad you got your reservations. Tell Deb that Cassie misses her too.

Don't you just love descriptions that don't quite match up with reality. Like, "you won't have any problem fitting in that gas station" or " this short cut is a breeze with your trailer" or "the sites are really large". Now I ask them to define 'large'. Glad you guys made it safe. Deb could use a little Cassie love too.

We've made our reservations coming in with the Caravan on the 23rd. We'll be leaving on the 27th.

Looking forward to meeting and greeting with everyone!

We just came back from the Coos Bay rv park. This was our second stay. The park is great as are all the nearby sights (check out Hanson's Reef - largest concentration of California sea lions in the country) to see. We had dinner in the Casino Friday night. I got food poisoning and was in the trailer till Sunday afternoon. A word to the wise...

Fantastic! I know that long drive will take it out of you, but you can rest up once you get there!

Jeromy and Dani,
Could you please email or PM me with your contact info like last name, email address, cell phone that you travel with etc.? I will add that to my records for future use.

OK Everyone!
We have 13 signed up. I'm not overly superstitious unless it suits my purpose, but that is an unlucky number for a rally. ;O)

Who knows what kind of bad luck might happen to a rally with 13 rigs. People might lose money in the casino, we might only have a lot of fun instead of an amazing amount of fun, the wind might blow, it might be foggy in the morning.... It could be really horrible!!!!

So, let's get some more people signed up for this rally and for the WA rally the weekend before. We don't want anything to happen like someone wishing they had come and missing out.

PMs sent! Looking forward to the fun times. It's a shame it is next year. We'll be down in grants pass area one more time before the season is over. Probably in a week or two.

OK folks... 21 signed up for WA and only 13 for Oregon. Where are all those people going after WA? Come on down to OR and cool off on the coast after time in Monitor. ;0)

Re: ATF: Landmark - Missing parts

Glad to hear things are better now. Please do join us next year. It's not too early to make reservations.

Kristy

It is nice to hear from you. Working with the dealer was not the best experience, but we finally have the correct parts. Having some minor warranty work done at another dealer in Redding, Calif. Much, much better customer service! The RV is very nice. We are taking a mini-vacation on the coast in a couple of weeks. Sally and I are planning on joining the group next year at Mill's RV Park. What are the dates and do I make my own reservations or sign-up with the group leader?
