If you are headed to the coast you might want to stop at our fall camp-out at Casey's in Westfir outside of Oakridge. I don't know if there are any sites left but it is always worth a try. We will be there Oct 10-11 along with a small group of both HL and SOB rigs. The rest of the park will be full of Duck fans for the UCLA game.

Kristy, Marla and I will be joining you for the Oregon rally. We also anticipate leaving the WA rally and doing the caravan with the group. I believe we should contact Rod for the Portland RV Park Reservations....right? Can you book us for the OR rally, or just let me know what I need to do to reserve our spot.

The first post on this thread will give you all the info you need to make your reservations. The WA Rally thread has all of the info for that and the caravan stopping in Portland.

Just let me know when you get them made...

What are your dates? If you come with the caravan, you will get here the 23rd. How long do you plan to stay?

Kristy, we just made our reservations with Mill Casino arriving with the caravan on July 23rd and departing on Monday the 27th. We have a 62 ft pull through with the Heartland block.

Sorry for the delay in responding Tom. Got you on the list though and that is the really important part.

We also have the Wades joining us again this year.

I know things get crazy around the string of holidays we have coming up, but do't forget to make those reservations if you plan on coming to this rally. We have 16 signed up that I know of and 30 spots reserved.

The Belettis are coming! We are flying into SEA to make the WA rally, then driving down to North Bend for the OR rally. We're booked into the Mill Casino Hotel, arriving Thursday and leaving to Portland on Monday.

We're looking forward to attending our first OR rally!

Happy New Year everyone. We are only 6 ½ months from rally season in the northwest.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We are sitting at 18 signed up for this rally right now. Seventeen sites have been reserved with the Beletti's staying at The Mill hotel. Many of the group are also attending the WA rally and quite a few will be participating in the caravan between the two events. That is a great way to start the new year.

We have a group (block) of 30 sites available to us at The Mill. That doesn't mean that they are guaranteed to be all together though. They have promised to try to do a better job of putting us all together than they did in a few cases last year.

I just added this to the first post as a reminder. If everyone keeps this in mind, it should help cut down on disappointment and frustration with site assignments.

*****Please remember that requesting a specific kind of site could separate you from the group. Also, we have no control over other guests who are in our block long term or who have requested a site that is in our block.

The Mill will do their best to get people into sites with our group as they check in. If "outsiders" have come in and requested a specific site that happens to be within our group, there is nothing we can do about that. Sorry...

It is almost time to start scheduling any activities we may want to do as a group during the rally. If you have any suggestions, let me know and I can put together a survey for everyone to take. That will let me know what I need to pursue.

BTW For those of you who met Amy, our rally organizer from The Mill last year, she had a little boy in September and will be returning to work soon. Both she and Barb are looking forward to having our group back. We are not their biggest rally, by far, but they do enjoy being around all of you because you are fun people! Honest! That is what Barb told me last year....

So far, we do not have a dealer sponsor, so we will be doing a traditional potluck Saturday night. One of the options in the survey allows you some input on that subject.

I need to get some of the events scheduled ahead of time, so please take the survey soon. Henderson's Lineup in particular needs an answer very soon.

If you are not signed up for the rally and not planning to, please don't take the survey.

Sorry - Jan and I will not be able to attend the rally this summer. Our plans include an extended stay near Richmond, VA then on the Michigan, Minnesota, etc. for the summer.

We just got our 19th and 20th rigs for a total of 21 registrations for the rally with several months left to go!!!

If if you are coming and have not filled out the survey yet, please do so. The results will determine what will be offered for people at the rally.

It looks like there is quite a bit of interest from the survey anyway, for long sleeved teeshirts for people to purchase. I called Martin Marketing today for prices.

Based on on selling at least 20 shirts:

Sizes Small - XL = $17
Size 2XL - =$19
Size 3XL - =$20

I'm thinking royal blue to match the sweatshirts from last year....

Drop me an email if you want to purchase shirts. Let me know how many and what sizes. I will email you the address to send payment. I must have payment before I can submit the order. I'm Looking at the first part of May to make the order so we get the shirts before we leave on our trip the end of June.

More announcements as I get more info from the survey. We might get Hendersons to come over for suspension inspections at least. I'm working another deal out with them if the Mill and I can come to a solution on location.
