ATF: Razor - Ramp Idea

Its time to replace the ramp due to rot. Just wanted to see if there was any thought into designing a longer lasting ramp. I have needed to replace it for awhile now. Has anyone ever suggested using polypropelene sheets instead of plywood? Like the stuff cutting boards are made of. Is there a better way to preserve the plywood or protect it with a rubber wrap similar to the material on roofs that seals itself around anything that penetrates it, such as the side moulding screws. thought I would ask for an average price for the ramp, but I might be told to go to a trailer place for more info.

We use a special plywood for trench shoring called Fin Form. It is also used in re-usable concrete forms. It comes from Finland and is laminated with resin. That would be my choice but last time I purchased it, we paid $125 / sheet in quantities of 50 sheets.
