So the first step if you know you will have to pull a slide out. Buy a forklift.

Very cool. And to think I did it the manual way with jacks, cribbing and elbow grease.

I was going do it like you did but when I went to buy a can of elbow grease they were fresh out. But they did have this nifty forklift on sale and said it would work better then the elbow grease.

Decision. Buy a new forklift with flatbed trailer or a new fiver.

I rented the trailer because the forklift weighs 9400 lbs and I didn't have anything heavy enough to carry it. But truth is I have other work for the forklift to do besides the slide outs.

What is up with you slide floor?

I need to replace the big slide floor because of some rot. I patched it a while back to get through the season. It was the same water damage others have had because of
The exposed edges.
