My wife and I purchased a new 2013 bighorn in Oct. 2013. We started using it in April 2014. on our second trip out we notice that the floor around the kitchen slide seemed to drop off toward the sink when the slide was out. Each time we have use it I have made sue that the trailer was level during the set up, but the problem still exist. After using the trailer tis past weekend we also notice that the kitchen slide seemed o drag and shake as we were rolling it in. In May we did take the trailer in to a dealer ad they did verify that the floor was bowed when the kitchen was extended but pre Heartland no repair was necessary. Has anyone else experienced this type of issue r have any suggestions
