Closet sliding doors

Anyone have a fix for keeping sliding closet mirror doors closed when traveling. The plastic clips that are used don't seem to hold up well.
Thanks

Your clips may be mounted slightly off. Try loosening the mounting screws and re-position the clip towards the door and re tighten. Our clips are very secure.

I found pins at Home Depot or Lowes and drilled holes in the channels to pin the doors in place for travel.

Put 4" pieces of velcro on the doors and on the vertical wood trim. Did this years ago and no problems sense.

I think I found them--JR products on Amazon. To make them work I would just have to trim the "wings" off and then screw it into the floor--I think that is what the factory did on the doors going to the bathroom and bedroom and the sliding closet doors on our Landmark San Antonio.

Our sliders came loose a couple of times while traveling . . .

While they didn't fly across the room, both of them bent the top sliding rails so they don't glide smoothly.

I've bent them back, but they slill catch on the spots that got bent.
