How do you drain the back grey and black tanks there's a little handle by the outside of trailer but that's it please help

There's two handles back there. One for the grey, which is closer to the wheels, and one for the black which is toward the back

Pull the handle and let it drain. You can purchase a fitting that will let you backwash the tanks to get it flushed out. After draining the black tank be sure to flush the toilet several times to wash it out good. And don't leave it dry. Leave some water in it to prevent buildup
