Exterior refrigerator Access panel

I lost the outside access panel to the refrigerator. I have a 2012 Bighorn 32 Titanium model with a Dometic RM 3962 refrigerator. The RV has the blue and grey paint job. Where would I get a replacement panel?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

I suggest you call Heartland Customer Service, 574-262-8030 or 877-262-8032, have your VIN when you call. Most likely the panel will be white, not painted to match. It might be a good idea to have picture of the area ready to send also.

I think that vent panel is a pretty standard item. You should be able to find one online or at an RV dealer.
You will have to get it painted or paint it yourself.
You can call Heartland Customer Service, with you VIN handy, and they should be able to give you the paint codes.
