ask the factory...where is it?

I have been lurking around, this is a good tread. I did learn alot about fulltimeing and other stuff.
I had look at alot of fifthwheels build by heartland, so I need to ask the factory which I cant find. sorry I must have overlooked!!!
question was where are the water lines/pipes local in on North trail FW? Is it safe to use in the winter?
Im embarressing cuz I cant find the "ask the factory"
