ATF: Cyclone - Anyone have email contact info for a Heartland Rep?

We have had our Cyclone for a few months now and have quite a laundry list of items that need repair. However, this is busy season for us and we are in the unit full time until the fall. That coupled with the repair shops around me are on a 2-3 week waiting list, we cannot be without the unit for several weeks to get repaired. I just want to reach out to Heartland to supply them with this list so it can go on record as issues NOW so it is not an issue when we finally fo get around to taking it in for repair.
Anyone have a contact or have experience with getting issues (from the factory) resolved at a later date?
