Rod,

Please add us to the list for the Regional Rally! Everything sounds great that you've suggested. Maybe shirts, badges, golf and catered casino breakfast would not be high on our list. We always look forward to staying at Seven Feathers! Thank you for all the hard work done to make such an awesome rally. Also, we are happy to pay extra for making this another outstanding rally!!

Hey guys. I don't have a problem with anything on the list. Golf costs should be borne by the players, which includes me, of course. Maybe some hats or whatever for the participants though. Jim did that once at a rally. I don't have a problem with the extra cost. That's cheap entertainment. I like catered meals. The more the better. Appreciate your enthusiasm for these rally's. They are a lot of work. We'll be back up your way the end of March. I'll give you a holler.

PJ and Karol,

Thank you for your feedback. Within the next couple months, I will be post a form on the website for everyone to fill out and send back to us along with a deposit that the park requires. I will post more on that as I get the information. I first have to figure out exactly what we are going to do, so I know my costs and the dates I need to get reserved at the Casino.

Bruce,

Yeah, we thought that it sounded cool and kind of exotic.

Rod, I have seen a drumming ceremony and would like to see one again. Well worth it.

John (and Deb),

I guess I should have clarified that the golf was going to be at the golfers expense except the shuttle if we need more than one. Thank you for the feedback on the things that are important to you guys.

Any other suggestions are welcome and encouraged.

Rod

Thanks Doug and Doris! That is helpful to get your feedback. We like your ideas!

Hi Rod, Would like to weigh-in with our thoughts and priorities on your list of activities for the Regional. I'll list our priorities in descending order - most important to least:

1. Classes put on by vendors/dealerships (also possible "classes" by experienced modifiers/road warriors like Jim Beletti, Paul, Mark C., you, etc.)
2. T-shirts
3. Badge hangers
4. Saturday dinner (either at Casino or catered...also a no-host bar available if at the Casino)
5. Wine tour - really like the idea of hiring a shuttle! LOTS of GREAT wineries around Roseburg!!!!
6. Chips/snacks, waters, sodas, beer (and maybe wine) supplied by HOC
7. no-cost raffle gifts
8. Drumming ceremony
9. K-9 demo
10. Ice cream social
11. Golf outing (really feel that this should be arranged and paid for by those interested)
12. Breakfast at Casino (would rather not have to go back to casino - would prefer a scaled down breakfast - i.e. Continental at the park if possible)
13. No cost or reduced cost concert tickets - feel it would be very unlikely we would be interested.

We would be very willing to contribute $$.

We would also suggest that allowing folks to "participate" via a potluck meet-n-greet, dessert potluck, contributing to the raffle or holding a separate raffle with proceeds going to a specified charity, would inspire people to be more engaged in the activities.

A really fun activity that we did at the Jackson CA Rally in 2014 was a "show off your rig/mods/open house" poker run. People gathered cards a various rigs and a prize was given to the best poker hand. Just a suggestion.

Rod and Kelly, be sure to let us know how we can help!

And THANKS for all the work and forethought you are putting into this event!!! It will be TERRIFIC!

Hi, just looking over the idea list of things to do. Re the ice cream social; a lot of us have ice cream makers. I have an old fashioned one. How about making ice cream? Those who can't supply toppings or cakes to go win. Depending on group size, there is a "brown bag Bingo" game that is fun. Each player donates a certain priced gift in a brown bag. Then play bingo. Winner gets top pick a bag as fit. Brings everyone in to participate. Love, love wine shuttle!

Steve and Carol,

That is great to hear! We are happy that you guys are going to make this one. As far as the ice cream maker, that sounds like a GREAT idea!

This is shaping up to be a pretty spectacular event!

We really appreciate your efforts, we will tentatively plan on arriving on Tuesday the 5th and departing on Monday the 18th. Will try to get together with the Jess's from Manteca and hopefully others from our area for a possible small caravan with other possible attendants.

**UPDATE** The first thread has been updated to include the beginning of registration and how that process is done. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us via PM or email. The process is a bit confusing and not super convenient but it is what the park is requiring to hold 104 sites for our Regional Rally. Please go to the first thread and fill out the attached forms and make sure you get that along with payments to Kelly and I by the schedule listed. Our email and address is on the form.

Hi guys... We wouldn't want to miss this rally. So put us on the list to arrive the 13th and depart on the 20th. All the activities sound like fun even if there was some extra costs involved. Look forward to seeing you and of course if there is anything you need us to do we would be happy to assist.

Tony and Linda,

That is awesome! It wouldn't be considered a Pacific Region Rally without the two of you!! When you get time, if you could just fill out the form on post one and send it to us on the address on the front of the form along with payment that would be great! See you guys this October!

If you don't mind two old Texan's tagging along to one of your rallies again we would just love to join your fun group again! We met some great friends at the other rally we attended of yours in Washington. If we're still alive by then we should arrive on Sept 12th and leave the 20th. Thanks!
