In an effort to better serve the HOC membership, the state of Texas will be divided into 3 chapters; Texas-North, Texas-South and Texas-West. This is how the area for each chapter is defined.

Texas-West Chapter: All of the western part of the state of Texas from the northern border of Texas to the southern border. The eastern border of the Texas-West Chapter is defined by US 183 from the northern border to Brownwood and US 377 from Brownwood to the southern border.

Texas-North Chapter: The northern part of the state of Texas from the eastern border of Texas to US 183 and US 377 (the border of the Texas-West Chapter). The southern border of the Texas-North Chapter is defined by a line (more or less straight) from Yellowpine in the east to just north of Brady on US 377.

Texas-South Chapter: The southern part of the state of Texas from the eastern border of Texas to US 377 (the border of the Texas-West Chapter). The northern border of the Texas-South Chapter is defined by a line (more or less straight) from Yellowpine in the east to just north of Brady on US 377.

Just as HOC members can attend any chapter rally held anywhere in the US or Canada, so can they claim any current chapter within the club as their home chapter. Home chapters do not have to be identified by residence.
