Directions to the Rally: "NEW POST"
Pueblo Rally driving directions for entering the Colo State Fairgrounds.
Rat Team & Invited guests arriving June 1,2,3 only:
There are a couple of exits off I-25, if you are not familiar with the area, the easiest way is to take the Northern Ave Exit off I-25. Drive West on Northern and turn Right onto Beulah Ave. This turn is narrow if opposite traffic is waiting for the light on Beulah, so swing your RV to the left lane to keep from hitting the Curb on the right side. Continue on Beulah until you see the Fairgrounds main entrance on your left. Pull thru the main gate and park on the main street next to the Arena area. I will meet you and show you where to go. Call my cell when you are close to arriving, 520 455 0239. I should arrive around 9 AM after driving all evening. Need to keep the wine prizes at an acceptable temp so night driving will be required. For your GPS use:]1001 Beulah Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004

Rally attendees arriving on June 4 & 5:

Arriving off I-25 exit the Northern Ave exit.
Drive west on Northern until you get to Gaylord Ave.
You will turn Right onto Gaylord and it will bring you directly into the gate for the Carnaval lot.
Gaylord Ave is directly past the Fairgrounds big electronic marquee on Northern Avenue. There's an Advance Auto store on the corner, if you pass that, they've gone too far.
All RV's will arrive at this entrance. If we have a minor backlog, it won't be long and just stay on Gaylord and in line. This street/Ave is not used that much except for the Fairgrounds and should not create a problem for non- Rally traffic. Again, if you are close to arriving, give my cell number a call. The Rat team will have 2-way radios and I will alert them and be able to tell you if there is a wait getting into the Carnival lot.

Well depends on what kind of license is required. Lol

Btw thought about you the other day, a vet pulled in driving an HDT and pulling an SOB toy hauler. I noticed he had a doxie and one night Rowdy was visiting with him (the other doxie) I noticed he was wearing a therapy dog patch and vest. Just thought it was funny.

Therapy dogs can come in all sizes....they are not Service dogs in the Federal sense.
They can detect seizures, blood sugar problems etc.

Yeah just the first time we came across a doxie serving in that sense. Also on his hdt he has those windows on the bottom of the doors, on the passenger side one he had a sticker that said "weinie window". Lol

Andy:
Hey...I think you remember Cheyenne who will be taking over for Dakota.....She goes to training every Friday evening and doing great so far. The trainers are impressed at her age for what she is able to do so far....I made one unofficial request....teach her to get me a beer out of the refrig...they said when she graduates (which won't be until next year sometime), they will do that.....I will have to keep a fully stocked beer refrig in the outdoor kitchen when I get the new Sundance just to show her off...lol.

The Belettis would like to attend!

Arrive on the 4th and out on the 11th. If we can't come a day early and stay a day late - no problem either. Rally looks like a lot of fun Garry!
