Hello all. My husband and I purchased a 2014 Heartland Alpine 3620FL in September 2015. I absolutely love how this 5th wheel is set up. There are many issues that I have run into that took me months to figure out so I decided to join this forum in hopes that fellow Heartland owners can help with questions sooner than me losing my mind.
I hope that I can get a quick answer on this. I know where the connection is for the central vacuum, however, I am unable to get to the bag so that I can change it out. There is one possibility in one of the outside compartments, but no way to get the cover off.
Is there anyone that can help?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with a Heartland Alpine model, but I notice that Keystone makes an Alpine 3620FL. I wouldn't think both Keystone and Heartland would use the exact same model and floor plan naming.

Are you sure you have a Heartland RV?
