2015 North Trail 24BHS roof

Team, we have had our bunk house for a year now and I want to be proactive regarding roof maintenance. She was actually manufactured June of 2014 so she is really 2 years old. Bottom line is that everyone asks "what type roof do you have?" New to the RV scene it's a bit overwhelming with all the info out there regarding type material, cleaning, sealants, what not to use on rubber roofs, coatings, when/how often to perform, etc.... I can't even answer the simple question of what composition my roof membrane is.

Hi Bob,

Heartland uses the Dicor rubber roof. Most people use a Dawn dish soap solution to keep it clean. On the roof, you'll want to use Dicor self-leveling Lap Sealant. On sidewalls, use the non-self-leveling variety.
