Cyclone 2016 4200 stereo help

Hello all
Need your help yet again. I hear stereo in back running g but no lights, I gave a CD inserted but cannot eject and it's not playing. Any suggestions

Mine did that...try hitting the lil reset button behind the front screen...you gotta use a pen or a toothpick

Also you can unplug wiring from back. Its a plug n play setup. I've had to do this once before when the screen on the player froze up. Eventually the DVD player went out on mine and Heartland sent me another unit.

It's a pain to unplug that wiring and put the dvd back on mine...it's just as simple to flip the battery cut off.

Pressing the tiny reset button actually resets the internal settings/software....

But I prob would have tried cutting power first...I hate having to reset the fade/Balance bass/treble....lol
