How to remove TV

I just purchased a 2016 Heartland North Trail Caliber and when I got it home I wanted to plug a HDMI cable into the TV only to find that there are none accessible without removing the TV from the wall. It has straps for holding and I have removed them but not sure how the TV bracket is designed. I tried pulling up but did not want to take a chance on breaking anything. I can not pull the TV out enough to get a good look at the bracket. Any Ideas??

Congratulations on the new North Trail and welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum. There's a great bunch of friendly and helpful people here, so I'm sure someone will be able to share how to get to the back of the TV.

If it has straps maybe it is on a arm that snap in when pushed back like mine. Try pulling straight out on it. Chris

The small strap in the center, that goes up behind the tv to the bracket, needs to be pulled down to release the latch. Then pull outward at the same time.
