Patiently waiting for our 2017 30RKDD

1. Will I be notified by the factory when our 2017 North Trail 30RKDD starts on the production line.
2. Will I be notified when out travel trailer is completed?
3. Will I be notified when our travel trailer is shipped to our dealer?

Congratulations on the new North Trail and welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum.

I don't think Heartland has any mechanisms in place to notify you directly of any dates. But your dealer should be able to pass along Heartland communications. A few weeks after we placed our order in 2010, Heartland sent the dealer the build schedule. Based on that, the dealer gave us a projected date to pick up the trailer. The dealer added a week to do their pre-delivery work and ended up being ready 4 days earlier than the projected date.

As Dan said. You need to keep in contact with your dealer for the next 6 to 8 weeks. A VIN# will be assigned to your rig, your dealer will get it and from that point on your rig can be tracked.
