Warranty Issues

I was told today by a Service Manager, at a dealership in, Longmount, CO, that adjustments to the unit are not covered after 90 days. Any adjustment is not covered, only if a part has to be replaced. We are having problems with our awning, always have. We have some other issues also. We are full timers, so we have not be able to get to a dealership. Just wondering if anyone has heard this. If so, what good is a 1 year warranty??

Johnny,

Please call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032. Get the straight scoop from them. What you were told does not sound right at all. You have a one year warranty on your new coach.

Thanks Jim I will give them a call. I had the feeling this guy just didn't want to deal with my unit.

Johnny, If you will look on page 19 of your owner's manual I believe this is where your dealership is getting it's information. I would certainly challange their decision. The title of the paragraph starts with (The owner is responsible for normal
maintenance.)
