We are contemplating buying a 2016 Torque T30 Toyhauler from a private party - Can anyone give us the "pros/cons" of this toyhauler?

We just bought the tq31. I think the differences are a 12' garage on the tq31 vs a 10' garage and an additional half bath on the tq31. Also, ours does not share the tv, we have a separate tv hookups in the bedroom. Aside from those difference, I think they are similar in most aspects. Would be happy to give you our opinions and views if you want.
