Gray Water Tank #2 Reducer Leaking

Hello all, we have a 3650BH with a rear gray water tank leaking at what appears to be the reducer from 3" to 1-1/2". Read in a previous post that this has been an occurrence with these units. Does anyone know if these reducers are glued in? Or are they threaded into the tank? I can't really tell, but if in fact it is glued in, what do you think would be the best way to repair this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
