Oakmont 345 RS Backup Cam

Trying to decide if the expense of a backup camera is worth the effort and money. The state parks we've gone to are back in. My spousal unit typically gets out and assists but I was thinking a wireless cam would be wonderful. Does anyone know if the Oakmonts were prewired for a backup cam or do I have to tie in to the upper rear lights?

If you have the little black bracket just below the rear running lights, then it is pre-wired for the Furrion Rear Cam. It is likely an "always on" connection, unless you modify it.

There are two cams that fit this bracket, a Rear High Speed Camera and a Reversing Camera. Research carefully before selecting.

Thanks for the response. There is no bracket so I guess I either tap into the running lights for power or tap into the backup lights at the bottom and mount on the trailer bumper. Not sure what is behind the rear wall of the trailer and fishing a line on an unknown doesn't sound like fun. Thanks again.
