Battery Project #1

Hi Guys/Gals,

We did the same to our M32...in this copy of my post are the links to the battery box and disconnect we used. Both from Amazon, both inexpensive and highly reviewed. No extra materials needed.

I added a battery disconnect as well on our M32. I chose a larger battery box http://a.co/1iD5i46 and mounted this version http://a.co/dn0mWRn inside with contact grease. Keeps it nicely out of the elements and I no longer need to used the tie rope around the battery box. Both clips hold the cover firmly in place.

Here is a picture of the larger battery box, besides the disconnect it also holds the electric jack fuse/reset button.

Have you been happy with this switch. I found it on Amazon but saw split reviews on it, but it's by far the best looking switch I was able to find.

Same here...I have used the same model on our previous travel trailer for four years without issues. It was also under the battery cover and I use contact grease to prevent corrosion - about once a year during core maintenance items due to TX humidity.
