Hi, wondering if anyone has had their floor sag, then crack in their M22 (or other Edge model). Big soft spot between slide and kitchen area, directly in line with rear table mount. Any advice on fixing this would be appreciated. Thank you.

This problem is either structural or water damage The first thing I would do is rule out water leaks. Most often the majority of floor damage actually happens from water intrusion from the outside of the trailer. This can be windows, roof vents, water heater, water fill door and any other item that creates a hole from outside. Look carefully around the wheel wells. You may want to have the trailer pressure tested for leaks as they are very hard to find. If you have determined that is is not a water leak or have found the leak and corrected it, you could lay down a layer of plywood to strengthen the floor. You could then cover the plywood with a floor covering of your choice. This job maybe a little challenging as there is a lot of cutting.
