White rollers under bedroom slide

Sorry to hear you are having the same problem. I would guess there are a lot of units out there doing the same thing but the owners just don't know it. I ended up leaving mine alone. After four years, there does not appear to be any residual issues, the rollers still continue to glide across the bottom of the slide rather than roll.

The roller are leaving a very noticeable groove or track where they are skidding on the bottom of the slide. I can only guess the slide is pretty heavy. I did initially notice the seal on the inside of the bottom edge did seem to be rubbing on the rollers at first. When I had it in to affinity RV repair last year, I totally forgot to mention this to them.
