Hole In Garage Floor???

Like I've stated in other recent posts, I'm a new 3612TS owner. I noticed there is a soft spot in the garage floor just under the right side garage window. Looking underneath, there is no damage or deterioration. It feels like there is a 12"x6" rectangle shape piece of the floor missing between the rubber garage floor and underbelly insulation. I don't see any signs of past repair or water damage.

Has anyone come across this before?

Is it possible something heavy was always kept there and it softened the wood?

Almost sounds like it may be a heat register cutout that got covered up by the rubber floor liner by accident.

Is there supposed to be a floor heat vent in the garage? I know there isn't one. There is an AC vent in the ceiling.

There are no heat vents in the garage on a
cyclone. The AC unit in the garage should have a heat strip but no floor vent.
