ATF: Cyclone - awnings

awning pulled loose from side of camper during a sudden rain.Broke the frame that attachs to camper This is the largest awming .Icould not find any numbers telling me the model of the awning. I read that heartland uses dometic awning but i cannot find the model so i can order parts .any help is appreciated.

The large awning on my 2018 Cyclone is a Carefree Awning Travel'r. Depending on which side broke ( the motor side or the other) you can order the arms from them. Heartland sells a kit that includes both arms and the motor. If I remember right it was about $650.00. When I replace mine I just bought one on Amazon for about $450. Mine was the non motor side or the one towards the back of the RV.
