Camping World in Council Bluffs, IA

We bought a 2017 QB300. Get it all the way home in another state and no plug on hot water heater. They sent one finally. Then we go camping and the door falls off. No lie and the curtain fell off. Just from traveling down road. We took it to CB, IA and they were soooooooo slow. Only one guy there knew what he was doing. I think his name is Rod. We just took it out on it's second trip for Labor Day weekend and the entire ceiling middle panel starting running water out and it was coming from ac. Someone said it may have froze up. Ok, well, now we have major water damage. I thought it was a beautiful camper, but it is just causing us lots of stress, money on gas to take it in for warranty and problem after problem.
