ATF: Cyclone - Water leak from under the shower when hot water heater is turned on

So as the title says water leaks from under the shower when hot water heater is turned on only. No one has been in the shower the shower has water seeping from underneath it after the hot waster tank has been turned on.

What is leaking under the shower that is related to the hot water tank?

Hey there, just saw your post. We have the same model and year as you and just had the same issue. Do you notice water along the front edge of your fireplace, if so, it's not coming from the shower. We were told it is due to improperly installed or loose fittings just behind the water heater. We took it in and had it checked and repaired. We are picking it up tomorrow and will know more then. Hope this helps.

No I have not seen any water in front of the fireplace. Just seeping from under the shower but only with the hot water tank on. Never any other time. Thank you for the info will call for an appointment tomorrow.
