Hello All,
We have a 2007 Cyclone 3795 we purchased new in 2006, and it is still in excellent condition, it required NO warranty work! This unit has been up and down the east coast numerous times! First issue 2 years ago but not the topic of this cry for HELP. Second issue last week.....
We have a broken weld on the bracket that holds the driver side front landing gear in place. The problem is there is NO ACCESS or extremely limited access around the generator.
Anyone have any insight they would like to share! We have someone to do the weld, it is just getting access to the location that is perplexing us....we see two options 1- remove the generator or 2 cut an access panel to the right of the generator compartment to do the repair...the landing great is working but the bracket weld is broken on the driver side. Now on the other side where there is adequate access both welds look intact.
Thoughts????
HELP?
thanks
Kelly

Remove the generator and do it right, this an area you do not want to take any short cuts or half-***** attempts to repair

If you remove the interior forward basement wall, the welder will have a lot more access to the jack weldments.

When I had LevelUp installed all that was required for Lippert to do all the work required with welding in new jack mounts was the removal of that basement wall.

That would be the easiest way to start before you remove the generator and surrounding shield.
