Things to look for on 2014 Cyclone 3100

Looking at 2014 Cyclone 3100 for $40k.
Has new tires and all the usual stuff that comes on it. Also has a hitch, generator, 3 TV's, and few others odds and ends.
This a fair price for one in great condition? Also, what should I be looking for when I do a pre-buy inspection? I've only owned a standard pull behind, never a fifth wheel toy hauler. Thanks all

I would try and verify that the generator has been properly serviced as per what I am assuming is Onan's specifications. I believe they are looking for oil and filter changes every 150 hours and a Onan center tune up every 450 hours, part of which I think involves cylinder head cleaning/replacing if required.
