septic plugged

I have an Alpha See Ya 5th wheel. My Galley tank is plugged with several inches of food, etc. on the bottom.of the tank. I was able to take drain off and chisel away enough so it would drain.
CAN I USE RID-X OR SIMILAR PRODUCT TO DIGEST THE GUNK??????

Sounds like you need something that will breakdown grease and food particles. Not sure natural enzymes will be able to move the clog. I would try hot water and possibly a industrial grease trap cleaner used in restaurants.

You should consider having the tanks (all of them) professionally cleaned.
